2. Manufacturing process:
1). Wire bunching machine: Inlet wire dia:Φ0.16-Φ1.05mm,.Bunched wiresize:Max 6mm2.
2).High speed cableinsulation line: Finished out dia.:φ0.5mm～φ10mm, max 350m/min.
3). High speed cablesheathing line: Finished out dia.:φ0.5mm～φ10mm, max 350m/min.if customer investment is limited, can choose same extruder 70+35. Only add 3
pay-off for 3 core wire, meanwhile, when produce flat cable, the extruder need
change flat machine head below:
