This is a very typical wire rope structure. The main feature is that the diameter is from 0.8mm to 12mm. At the same time, the rope contains two different materials, steel wire and fiber. And the number of strands in each layer is different. At this time, we have to judge the machine it uses by its diameter, material and quantity.
The step 1:
Through the diameter of 3mm, twist three fiber lines, here should use the 3bobbin / 400 tubular stranding machine. In order to meet the normal production needs, at least two sets should be needed.
Step 2:
According to the diameter of 0.8mm and steel wire, this requires a small tubular strander. The correct model of the machine is 1 + 6 / 300. Since it is steel wire, and the quantity required is very large, in order to meet the production needs, it is recommended to use 3 sets.
Step 3:
According to the diameter of 1.5mm and steel wire, this requires a small tubular strander. The correct model of the machine is 1 + 9 / 300. Since it is steel wire, and the quantity required is very large, in order to meet the production needs, it is recommended to use 3 sets.
Final step:
As shown in the figure, twist the finished strand with the machine in front of you, and finally use 500 / 1 + 6 tubular strander to finish the stranding.
