1. Application: 
This machine suitable for the extrusion of PVC,PE,PU and other plastic material,mainly applied in the insulation or sheath extrusion of car cable,net wire,power cable,data wire,high frequency wire,building wire,electric wire.Etc.The changed screw is suitable for extrusion of low smoke halogen free,nylon and other plastic material.

• Barrel and screw used by this high speed wire extrusion line are from Taiwan brand.
• Different extrusion materials, such as PVC, PE, LSNH, Teflon, nylon, etc. require different kinds of barrels and screws.
• PLC Mitsubishi brand,touch screen operation panel.
• The high speed wire extrusion line is equipped with Mitsubishi transducer, Japanese PKC series temp-controller & solidity relay (SSR) and hopper dryer from Taiwan.

• It is controlled by human-machine interaction interface system. Digital control technique and PLC program make entire control system dependable and flexible.
• According to the characteristic of power cable, precise adjustable crosshead gives high concentricity of the insulation and jacket to ensure the quality of the product.
