Cu/Al rod breakdown wire drawing machine: The machine is suitable for high and low carbon steel wires, stainless steel wires, copper wires, copper alloy wires, etc.
The wire kettle goes through hardness, spray-welding and attrition treatments and dynamic balancing emendation. this machine adopts extraction-type dies box, so the dies can be easily changed. Inside the box is equipped with forced water-cooling device. This machine is also matched with such protective devices as security gate, disconnection stop, emergency stop and drive gear. They all go through hardness and attrition treatments.

Selection of main parts:
1. The frequency converter adopts Huichuan brand; the bearing adopts Japanese NSK brand;
2. Anhui Wannan motor is adopted as the motor.
3. Low voltage switch, brake, etc. adopt domestic and foreign first-class brands.
4. The flat belt adopts Swiss brand.
5. The tower wheel and take-off wheel are treated with ceramic spraying.
Mechanical composition performance analysis:
1. Body structure:
1-1. Material: ht-250
1-2. Structure: the body is formed by integral casting, annealed, cleaned of internal stress, and then finished by integral reaming with precision milling machine.
2. Incoming part:
2-1. Location of incoming line: Set 6 holes for incoming line on the left machine plate of the machine body.
2-2. Location of inlet hole: a water collecting tank is installed on the outside.
2-3. In line hole device: aluminum oxide magnetic eye.
3. Axis:
3-1. Material: 45 steel
3-2. Accuracy: the shaft center is tempered hrc25-27 to ensure that the internal stress is removed and the rigidity of the workpiece is improved. The matching parts are grinded to ensure the balance of concentricity and true roundness.
4. Transmission part: the whole machine is driven by flat belt.
5. Extension wheel:
5-1. Spray ceramic extension wheel, 4 in 11 layers, and 1 in the final single layer.
5-2. The loading and unloading of the extension wheel adopts cone pressing fixation, which can be adjusted and fixed in combination with the position of the eye mold. The loading and unloading is simple and does not damage the precision of the axis.
6. Eye mold seat:
6-1. The first eye model is independent.
6-2. The second to the twenty third eye mold is made of milled iron, with small body and machine, increasing the space for drawing operation.
6-3. The eye mold seat can be adjusted according to the position displacement of the extension wheel.
7. Extension lubrication system:
7-1. The lubrication of the extension wheel and the extension eye mould shall be equipped with a movable water pipe joint on the top, which will not affect the threading operation.
7-2. The first and the twenty fourth eye molds are lubricated by independent piping.

9. Coiling speed control:
9-1. Swing arm buffer detection, automatic correction coiling.
9-2. Automatic correction control, the tension can be adjusted according to the wire diameter of the outgoing line.
10. Cable arrangement system:
10-1, 110W belt synchronous motor cable arrangement, stable cable arrangement, fast response speed.
10-2. The linear bearing is a slide rail with high rigidity and low wear.
11. Device for coiling up and down shafts:
11-1. The spool is fixed by means of single axle top center nut. The upper and lower axle trolleys and slope plates are set under the coiling axle for the upper and lower axle.
11-2. Fully enclosed safety hood with transparent acrylic window to observe coiling and wire arrangement.
11-3. An opening wrench (55 pieces) is attached for the upper and lower shaft devices.
12. Safety cover:
12-1. The transmission area safety cover has mesh vent holes.
12-2. The safety cover in the extension area is made of stainless steel plate.
12-3. The safety cover in the coiling area is fully enclosed with three inspection windows.
13. Power:
13-1. Main motor: 15kw AC motor plus inverter control.
13-2. Coiler motor: 3.7KW AC motor plus frequency converter control.
14. Disconnection control mode: detection mode of proximity switch at the limit position of buffer swing arm.
15. Brake control: 10kg electromagnetic brake.
