 1. Application: 

• The equipment is mainly used for the cable forming of insulated core wires such as copper, aluminum, steel strand, control cable, signal cable and small-size plastic cable, and has the function of winding at the same time.
• It is composed of PLC program control + touch screen + variable frequency speed regulation control + pneumatic control. The synchronous performance deviation of the equipment from start-up, normal operation, slow shutdown, emergency stop and other states shall not exceed 3%, so as to ensure the stability of the winch pitch. The whole machine is operated and controlled by man-machine interface color touch screen. The electrical system is advanced.
• There is no hard transmission connection between the cage bodies, between the cage body and the traction, and there is no impact of the transmission chain caused by the asynchronous inertia of the cage body. The stranded pitch of bare wire can be adjusted arbitrarily without pitch blind area. Stranded cables shall be arranged smoothly. Double wheel natural split traction to avoid scratching and turning over of cables in the traction process. The unit operates by itself according to the setting. 4. Electric control system:

The electric control part is composed of power cabinet, operation cabinet, touch screen, etc., and each unit is equipped with corresponding control buttons
The electric cabinet has good mechanical performance and dust-proof design, and is equipped with an appropriate amount of forced ventilation fan.
The power supply is three wire five phase system : 380V（±10%）50HZ。

Motor protection function: the electrical control circuit is designed with phase loss, overload and overheating protection functions to prevent motor damage.
 It can query the alarm fault information on the touch screen, and has the functions of alarm fault and production process data storage.
Operating system: it can view and modify various parameter settings in the production process in real time, such as pitch, production speed, current working state and other information.
Programmable logic controller (PLC) can be connected to Ethernet to view fault information, or remotely view and update the operating system.
 All drive motors are designed with encoders, and the encoder feedback operates in the closed-loop control system.
The unit adopts PLC for unified and coordinated control operation. Touch screen man-machine interface is adopted for operation. The operation is simple and convenient.
