1.Application:
The machine is mainly used for stranding & compacting copper and aluminum conducting, stranding & drawing & compacting round conductor.
Overview of equipment composition
The whole machine is driven by separate motors driving. Each section of the cage and capstan is driven by a independent motor,. The control of the whole machine adopts Siemens series PLC to ensure synchronization accuracy. In actual production, the operator can set the process parameters such as the pitch and the speed of the production line on the PLC.

3. Electric control system:
3.1 The power supply: three-phase, five wire system: 380V (± 10%) 50Hz, total 350KW
3.2 The machine adopts separate motor drive (the motor adopts variable-frequency motor), each AC variable-frequency motor adopts frequency converter to control speed regulation, the whole machine control is managed by programmable controller, the touch screen controls operation, and the host is started after the alarm bell rings.
